Extraordinary attention is applyed to an essential polish ot the heald functional parts, especially the thread eye.The production range includes all the standard types and lengths of flat healds, including ribbon, carpets, special and repair healds. SIMPLEX and DUPLEX healds are produced with a thread eye placed centrally, but also above and below the centre.
Our healds are suitable for all types of automaric drawing-in machines such as: Staubli AG (before Zellweger Uster), EL.M (type VEGA) and also Reed - Chatwood (before Barber Colman). We produce drawing-in needles for some drawing-in machines. We supply repair healds for all kinds and sizes of rider healds. They are intended for the exchange for damaged healds, scilicet especially "within" the warp. Thanks to the head, which is possible to dilate, produced from two halves, it is possible to attach at ease and quickly to a carrying wire of the shaft of healds. Scilicet everything indeed by adherence of mechanical and compressive properties.
Thanks to a long-time cooperation with customers, we are used to flexible changes in the healds executions and therefore after an agreement with a customer, we assimilate also to requirements of non standard execution as far, as it will be technically possible.
